GOOD GUYS BETS — SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: The date the Client purchases or accesses the Services provided by Good Guys Bets.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by Good Guys Bets (“Provider”), you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Service Agreement. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Provider offers sports betting analysis, educational materials, and informational content (“Services”).
All information is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Provider does not operate as a bookmaker or facilitate actual wagering.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Client agrees to pay all applicable fees for selected Services at the time of purchase.
All payments are non-refundable, as access to proprietary digital content is granted immediately.
Prices and offerings may change at Provider’s discretion.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
Client understands that sports wagering carries financial risk and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their region.

5. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

Provider makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, results, or winnings derived from the information provided.
All decisions and wagers are made at the Client’s own risk.
Past performance is not indicative of future outcomes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Provider reserves the right to revoke access or terminate an account without refund if misuse, unlawful behavior, or redistribution of proprietary content occurs.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials, including picks, graphics, and written analysis, remain the sole property of Provider.
Client may not share, sell, or republish any materials provided.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Provider and Client regarding the Services and supersedes all prior communications.
